In tiny batches.
Means we control the quality - stitch by stitch.
And it also means we stand a great chance of achieving 0% waste.
However it also means you might have to wait a little.
Tiny batches means we make about ten pieces at a time.
To know how long you'll be waiting for your hand knit, here's what to do at checkout.
First, select your size, neck and zip. Then check what the black button says.
ADD TO BAG means you can buy immediately. And that you'll get your hand knit inside 10 working days. Anywhere in the world.
PRE-ORDER (4-6 WEEKS) means you are invited to join the waitlist for the tiny batch being hand knitted right now. This option closes once the current 'tiny batch' has all been allocated (our web store knows exactly what we are knitting in each tiny batch).
NOT RIGHT NOW means, sorry, there's a pause in the hand knitting of this piece. (Button is inactive).
Whatever you choose, a named Customer Care team member will contact you within 2 or 3 days of your order.
AWR Customer Care Team.
That one team member is your personal contact, available to help you with sizing, ordering, pricing, Klarna, delivery, aftercare, returns - anything.
And if what you are buying is for a gift, your named Customer Care team member will look after both the gifter and the giftee.
