Delivery, Buy Backs, Returns, Refunds

Delivery

UK Delivery is free and takes up to 5 working days. Worldwide delivery is calculated at the checkout and may take a little longer.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. We don't control those, sorry. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Buy Backs

We will buy-back any AWR hand knitted jumper or scarf - for ever. Please email Mychael at mychael@alwayswearred.com to start the process.

 

Returns

You can return anything and request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The piece must be back with us within 30 days of it getting to you. Please email mychael@alwayswearred.com to let us know you'd like to return something and we will look after you one-on-one.

Our Postal Address is Always Wear Red, The Old Post Office, Bardon Mill, Northumberland, NE47 7HZ.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after 30 days, whether in the UK or anywhere else in the world this is at your expense. We may not to offer a refund in full or at all outside of the returns period, returning your purchase to you instead, at your cost.

Refunds

Once we have received the product(s) and all packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within two weeks if all of the criteria outlined here is met. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Please note that whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you have a statutory duty to take good care of the goods. If you wish to return anything, the piece and the packaging must come back to us in perfect condition for us to consider offering a refund. Here's a little guidance:

Please ensure anything you return is in a condition that, should you have received it, you would happily keep it. It must be resalable as perfect.

Please be very careful with deodorants, body sprays, perfumes and aftershaves leaving either a scent or stain on any items. Evidence of any of these things on the item may make a refund impossible.

All packaging must please be included with any returns and in perfect condition.

Where you haven't taken good care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you an amount of money less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss, up to 100% of the total.

If you would like to return items that were bought via PayPal for a full refund, you will need to return them to Always Wear Red, The Old Post Office, Bardon Mill, Northumberland, NE47 7HZ within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

You can exchange items (provided your return meets the terms of this policy), though it may be easier to cancel one transaction and trigger another. We will look after that for you.

Your Statutory Rights

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
